COVID19 protocols for mono motorcycles

We do have strict COVID19 protocols in place to protect you & us while we work behind closed doors. Bookings are currently strictly by appointment only, no drops in’s & no waiting jobs are permitted.

Absolutely no entry is permitted inside the mono motorcycles workshop while we are under COVID19 protocols.

We are offering a free collection & delivery service within a 10 mile radius of our workshop.

NHS & key workers motorcycles are being prioritised.

We have separate protocols for our collection process & for those able to drop their motorcycles at our workshop (see below). You would be sent a relevant copy of these protocols when making your booking.

Stay safe everyone.

If you or anyone in your household has symptoms of coronavirus, please stay at home & avoid attending at our workshop.

Customer dropping off at mono motorcycles

Please ensure you have cleaned all handlebars, switch gear, seat & any other extremities you have touched with an antibacterial agent before leaving the motorcycle at mono motorcycles. Please wear gloves when dropping off & collecting your motorcycle. Thank You.

1/ Please call us & advise of your arrival.

2/ Once we acknowledge you are outside, leave your motorcycle outside our workshop with the keys & any parts you need to leave for us.

If we do need to speak with you, please do not enter the mono motorcycles workshop & please keep to a strict 2 metre distance at all times if face to face contact is needed.

3/ We will then wait until you have left the premises & once the motorcycle has been cleaned with an antibacterial agent, it will be brought inside the mono motorcycles workshop.

Daniel always wears gloves while working on motorcycles & we are adhering to stringent hand washing & hard surface cleaning strategy within the workshop environment.

4/ Once works are completed, payment can be made by bacs or over the telephone by card.

5/ Once your motorcycle is ready for collection, we will call you to advise it is ready. Upon collection, your paperwork will be left in a sealed envelope alongside your motorcycle outside our workshop once we know you are on the premises.

6/ We would ensure that all handlebars, switch gear & keys are cleaned with an antibacterial agent upon return (Daniel always wears gloves while working on motorcycles & we are adhering to stringent hand washing & hard surface cleaning within the workshop environment)

Collection

1/ We can offer a collection & delivery service within a 10 mile radius of our business.

2/ We would ask that the motorcycle & the keys be wiped down with an antibacterial agent before our arrival. We would complete this action again ourselves upon arrival as part of our ongoing protocol.

3/ No face to face contact would be expected as we would call you from the safety of the mono motorcycles van, wait for the motorcycle to be situated ready for us to load up. We would take photographs of the motorcycle when we collect & when we return for your & our security.

4/ Once works are completed, payment can be made by bacs or over the telephone by card.

5/ Once we return the motorcycle to yourself, your paperwork would be left in a sealed envelope alongside your motorcycle.

6/ Upon return, we would ensure that all handlebars, switch gear & keys are cleaned with an antibacterial agent (Daniel always wears gloves while working on motorcycles & we are adhering to stringent hand washing & hard surface cleaning strategy within the workshop environment)

7/ Again, no face to face contact would be expected upon return of your motorcycle, unless you need to receive the motorcycle & then we ask that a strict 2 metre distance be held between you & a mono motorcycles representative at all times.

Thank you for your understanding.
