Since mono motorcycles & vehicle security have moved in to our new premises at New Barn, Funtington, Chichester we have watched our customer base grow & thrive. Alongside the mechanical & technical expertise Daniel Morris brings to mono motorcycles & vehicle security; we are also very proud of our customer service , in which we constantly strive for excellence.
Customer service underpins every company & is an ever developing part of a successful business. The old adage ‘you can please some of the people all of the time & all of the people some of the time’ is very true in any sector of business. There is an inevitable small percentage of customers, which despite a companies best efforts & going that extra mile; will never be entirely happy.
Therefore, what sets mono motorcycles & vehicle security apart from other companies is our constant review of our CRM (customer relationship management) . Being able to review our CRM has enabled us to redefine & development our terms & conditions to suit our business, to set up new & more customer focused ways of recording information, our policies & working documents.
It is with this constant focus on customer service & satisfaction, that we take time today to reflect on a snapshot of the motorcycles which have come through the doors of our new workshop at New Barn, Funtington, Chichester & what our customers have to say about the workmanship & our customer service relationships.
Once again Daniel Morris has excelled himself, on Wednesday the 24th of Jan my ZZR decided to drop an exhaust valve, I turned to Mono Motorcycles for help in what was a very hectic time for Daniel and Katy with their current work load and the move to new premises.
Daniel and Katy drove over a 100 miles round trip to collect my bike so it could be taken back for assessment, once the final diagnosis was in and the news was a new engine was needed I had some thinking to do.
After considering all my options I decided to have a new motor fitted.
Within 48 hours of making this decision we had most of the new components in place to get my bike back on the road.
Daniel’s approach to this saga has been nothing less than exceptional, I have been kept up to date and in the loop throughout the whole process with photos and messages of things that have been done and issues found along the way.
Today I received a fully restored, fully detailed bike just 24 days after the breakdown, I cannot thank Daniel enough for his commitment to getting this sorted for me, my bike is my main form of transport to work and a passion I cannot do without.
A MASSIVE thank you Daniel, you have a customer for life.
Another productive visit to see Daniel Morris to have some security updates fitted, and once again a first class service was served up.
